Perez ties Royals legend for most home runs at Kauffman Stadium

Kansas City Royals star Salvador Perez made history on Monday by hitting his ninth home run of the season, tying George Brett for the most home runs at Kauffman Stadium. The solo shot also moved Perez past Ivan Rodriguez for the seventh-most home runs by a primary catcher in MLB history. Perez now holds the record for the most home runs in MLB history by a Latino catcher.
