Kehoe not ruling out moving Missouri statewide ballot issues from November to August

Missouri Gov. Mike Kehoe is considering moving statewide ballot initiatives from the November general election to the August primary. Five measures are currently slated for November, including proposals such as Medicaid expansion and work requirements. Kehoe’s plan to eliminate the state’s income tax through a strategy of phasing it out over five years while potentially expanding other taxes.
