Several approvals made by the Falls City Nebraska Council

The Falls City Nebraska Council approved updates to the by-laws, which must be reviewed by the Nebraska Attorney General’s Office every 5 years. The by-laws booklet has grown from 16 to 60 pages since its approval in 1962. Additionally, the Council approved the closure of Chase Street for a July 4th parade and allocated funds for mapping water lines in the power plant area. Other approvals included blocking off Business Parkway Road for training, a liquor license for a salon, and permits for chickens at specific addresses.
