I-29 in Saint Joseph narrowing to one lane next week

Interstate 29 in St. Joseph will be narrowed to one lane overnight on April 15th for girder placement on the Gene Field Road Bridge. Southbound lanes will be affected with short-term rolling closures until 10 am on April 16th. The project will widen the bridge, replace the driving surface, and add pedestrian sidewalks, with completion expected by July. Girders will also be placed over the northbound lanes on April 28th and 29th.
