A Trenton man has been arrested on drug trafficking charges following a traffic stop by the North Missouri Drug Task Force at the end of last month in Daviess County

Members of the North Missouri Drug Task Force report a traffic stop conducted on April 30th at State Highway 6 near Gallatin resulted in the seizure of approximately 70 grams of methamphetamine.  Christopher Wilson of Trenton was arrested and charged for Drug Trafficking.

“I would like to thank the North Missouri Drug Task Force for its positive impact on our community and for working so closely with our Sheriff’s Office,” Daviess County Sheriff Gary Allison said in a news release. “Together we are stronger and with aggressive enforcement of drug laws we pledge not to relent in pursuing the dealers of these poisons.”
