The Missouri Department of Conservation is highlighting their Stream Team initiative during June, National Rivers Month.
Stream Teams are groups of Missouri volunteers who clear litter from waterways, improving habitats, and advocating for streams and rivers of the show-me state.
Anyone interested in getting involved can visit mostreamteam.org, or email streamteam@mdc.mo.gov.
