Phil and Chaundee Cobb, owners of Cobb Publishing, announced this week they have reacquired the Maryville Forum and The Post from Garner Media Holdings.
The ownership change became official in time for last week’s edition.
The Cobbs previously owned the newspapers from 2013 to 2021, when Phil Cobb stepped away from the industry. He says he’s now excited to return to the newspaper business, calling it work that’s in his blood.
