Pattonsburg Woman Acquitted on All Charges in Livingston County Trial

A Pattonsburg woman has been acquitted of felony charges of child molestation in Livingston County. Brandy Michelle Hobson was charged with four counts of child molestation in Daviess County, but a jury found her not guilty on all counts. The charges stemmed from allegations of sexual contact with a victim younger than 14 years old between January and March 2025. Hobson also faced charges of child endangerment and enticement, but all charges were dismissed after the trial in Livingston County. The case was transferred from Daviess County, and the trial was overseen by Circuit Court Judge Ryan Horsman.
