GRUNDY COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just afater 8a.m. Friday in Grundy County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2013 Nissan Rogue driven by an 80-year-old Harris woman was southbound on MO 146 approaching MO 6 two miles west of Trenton. The driver failed to stop at at the stop sign at the intersection. The Nissan struck the passenger side of a westbound 2013 Chrysler Town and Country driven by a 78-year-old Trenton man.
A private vehicle transported the van driver to Wright Memorial Hospital. The Nissan driver was not wearing a seat belt and not injured, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
