Parks and Rec selects Rockwood as next director

Maggie Rockwood has been appointed as the new director of Maryville Parks and Recreation. She has been with MPR since 2011, starting as an assistant director and working her way up to the top position. Rockwood has demonstrated strong leadership skills, having graduated from the Leadership Maryville program in 2020 and being recognized as one of the “5 Under 35” by the Greater Maryville Chamber of Commerce in 2022.
