ATCHISON COUNTY Two people were injured in an accident just before noon Sunday in Atchison.
At 11:45AM on Sunday officers responded to a one vehicle injury accident in the 1700 block South 6th Street. A 2014 Ford Escape driven by Malori Hall, 17, Atchison, was northbound in the 1700 Block of South 6th Street, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. The SUV left the roadway and struck a tree on the east side of the road.
EMS transported Hall and a 46 year old passenger to Amberwell Hospital for treatment of injuries.
