ATCHISON COUNTY—A Kansas felon is back in jail on new allegations.
On Sunday, police arrested 31-year-old Kasandra O. Alexander of Atchison on a Jackson County Kansas District Court warrant for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
She remains jailed. She has two previous drug convictions in Doniphan and Atchison County, according to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
