A man from Peculiar, Missouri is facing felony burglary charges in Maryville after being linked to 16 incidents of stolen merchandise at various Wal-Mart stores. Carlos Howard McClain is scheduled for an initial court appearance in Nodaway County after being accused of stealing items from a Maryville Wal-Mart on two separate occasions. Law enforcement was alerted to the suspect by an Asset Protection Associate at the store. Additionally, an accomplice, Cindy Kendrick, is facing misdemeanor stealing charges in Nodaway County. Another Maryville resident, Dominic Lee Tucker, is facing felony charges for leaving the scene of an accident and driving with a revoked/suspended license.
