ATCHISON COUNTY, Kan. —One person was injured in an accident just after 6p.m. Tuesday in Atchison.
A 2001 Pontiac Grand AM driven by Angela Dugger, 51, Leavenworth, was eastbound on Raven Hill Road and was turning north onto 6th Street in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. The car collided with a southbound 2020 Chevrolet SUV driven by Kelly Thompson, 59, Atchison, EMS transported Thompson to Amberwell Hospital.
Police released no additional details.
