DAVIESS COUNTY —On person was injured and another arrested after an accident just before 9:30p.m. Thursday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2010 Mercury Milan driven by Damon B. Boshane, 37, Kansas City, Mo., was southbound in the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 three miles northwest of Winston. The car struck a 2026 Chevy Trax driven by a 43-year-old Belton man head-on.
EMS transported the SUV driver to Cameron Regional Medical Center. Boshane was arrested on requested charges of felony DWI and other traffic allegations. He is being held in the Daviess DeKalb Regional Jail.
