A 38-year-old male motorcyclist from Liberty was seriously injured in a vehicle accident in Daviess County, MO. The motorcycle went into a ditch while exiting I-35 northbound at the 81-mile marker ramp to truck parking. The driver was arrested by Highway Patrol on suspicion of eluding officers and faces charges including no valid driver license, license plates, or title; controlled substance possession, and unlawful weapons use. He was hospitalized with serious injuries and released to Liberty Hospital for treatment.
