Nodaway County Health Inspections (February 2026)

The following are health inspections in Nodaway County. Inspections are released monthly.

• Food items stored in incorrect order. Discussed.
• Spray wand at three-bay sink hangs below the rim of the sink.
• No anti-siphon device on mop sink.
• No anti-siphon device on hose bibs in kithcen.

• No handwashing signage in main kitchen and restroom.
• Wooden door trim not sealed or painted, and no kick plates on cabinets.

• Floor under ice maker and dishwasher dirty.

• Broken light cover in Men’s Room.

• Open can of Red Bull sitting on top of shredded cheese container in walk-in cooler. Discussed proper place for employee drinks and proper containers.

Non-critical:

• One reach-in cooler door has torn gasket.
