A Tarkio man, 36-year old Dustin Scott Watson, has been arrested on charges including statutory rape and child molestation in Atchison County.
The arrest follows an investigation by the Atchison County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from other law enforcement agencies.
Watson faces multiple felony charges related to possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor. He is currently held at the Atchison County Jail without bond, and the investigation is ongoing.
