“The time I spent at the Leadership Northwest Missouri retreat at Conception Abbey was such a mental reset. I felt so empowered leaving the retreat, I met lots of people who I can now call friends after just two days. The retreat really got me out of my comfort zone, which I was not expecting but it was something I needed. I wanted to join LNWMO to become a better leader but not only will I be a better leader, I will become a better version of myself.” – Ramsay Blair, Andrew County
“The time spent at the Leadership Northwest retreat was a positive and necessary visit to the Conception Abbey. The comradery, understanding and sharing with fellow classmates was eye opening and genuine. The setting at the Abbey gave a relaxed vibe that helped bring clarity and peace to the busy world that keeps us all running. It is a perfect way to kickstart this leadership course.” – Scott Sullins, Holt County
“I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Leadership Northwest Missouri retreat. I loved that we were welcomed on the same level regardless of where we were in our leadership journey.
