Mo. woman, 1-year-old hospitalized after violent SUV crash

LIVINGSTON COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just after 8p.m. Tuesday in Livingston County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Hyundai Tucson driven by a 19-year-old Bethany woman was eastbound on MO 190 at Route U two miles east of Lock Springs. The SUV traveled off the north side of the road, struck a tree, became airborne, continued across a creek, struck the embankment and rolled.

Livingston County EMS transported the driver and a 1-year-old male passenger in Hedrick Medical Center. Both were properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
